About the position

The IT Systems Configuration Manager will lead the Configuration Management team at one of the nation's top community-owned healthcare providers. This role involves working closely with key stakeholders to develop a multi-year planning roadmap and implementing changes while adhering to best practices. The position requires a blend of in-office and remote work, focusing on configuring healthcare applications and ensuring the team effectively manages configurations, upgrades, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Configuration Management team in implementing new configurations and modifications.
• Work with stakeholders to create a multi-year planning roadmap.
• Implement changes and follow best practices in configuration management.
• Write documentation related to configurations and processes.
• Manage configurations for letters, assessments, notes, or validations.

Requirements

• 2 years of Management or Team Lead experience.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience configuring Health Care Applications and knowledge of best practices.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with healthcare claims and eligibility systems such as MedHOK and HEALTHsuite.
• Knowledge of coding and payment rules for Medicare, Medi-Cal, and Title.
• Familiarity with process improvement techniques.
