About the position

The IT Systems, Database Development and Support Analyst position is a contract role with the potential to become permanent. The analyst will provide technical support and customer service to Natural Gas Accounting users, ensuring effective communication between business users and IT. This role involves participation in SOX change management activities and maintaining service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support Gas System Application modules such as TIPS Accounting and gathering, BOBJ reporting, Oracle Database Objects, Data Archiving, and Interfaces to other upstream and downstream systems.
• Design, develop, enhance, and support PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Indexes.
• Participate in project design, development, test and implementation activities with IT and Business users.
• Support for IT and User testing and deployment of Vendor Builds and Patches.
• Work directly with end users and business analysts to understand new/changing business requirements and functional enhancements as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT systems and database development.
