Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation and solid general knowledge of the Information Technology industry.
• Excellent analytical ability and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills, with a proactive and timely approach.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.
