About the position

The IT Systems Engineer position at Insero Talent Solutions involves working with a diverse range of clients to provide technical support and solutions in a fast-growing IT services environment. The role requires strong communication skills and technical expertise in various IT systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients across various IT systems.
• Manage and maintain MS Server stack from 2003 to 2019.
• Support virtualization technologies including Hyper-V and VMware.
• Configure and manage network security including firewalls, VPNs, and routing.
• Administer DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Support Office 365 and Exchange environments.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role in IT.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with MS Server stack (2003-2019).
• Knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with network security protocols including firewalls and VPNs.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Group Policy administration.
• Proficient in Office 365 and Exchange management.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery technologies.
