About the position

Hanger, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Systems Integration Engineer IV to support the company's growth through mergers and acquisitions. This remote position will focus on defining, designing, and implementing technology integration for newly acquired and merged organizations. The successful candidate will utilize defined architectures and architectural building blocks to create technical solutions that are both fit for purpose and fit for use, while ensuring compliance with all Cybersecurity, administrative, and operational requirements. In this role, the engineer will serve as a lead technical resource, collaborating with business partners, technology requestors, third parties, and senior staff. The candidate will also be responsible for leading contract development activities, which include quoting, creating statements of work, managing software licensing, and other related tasks as assigned. Additionally, this position will involve developing executive-level reporting services that provide clarity, drive outcomes, and support strategic development activities. Responsibilities

  • Define, design, and implement technology integration for newly acquired and merged organizations.
  • Create technical solutions that meet Cybersecurity, administrative, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • Serve as a lead technical resource for business partners, technology requestors, and third parties.
  • Lead contract development activities including quoting, statement of work, and software licensing.
  • Develop executive-level reporting services to drive clarity and strategic development activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in systems integration, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity and compliance requirements in technology integration.
  • Ability to design technical solutions that are fit for purpose and fit for use.
  • Experience in contract development activities such as quoting and statement of work creation.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with business partners and senior staff.

Nice-to-haves
