About the position

The IT Systems Programmer II at OSG USA, Inc. is a pivotal role focused on integrating technology to enhance business processes. This position involves maintaining and troubleshooting the MS Dynamics ERP system, creating and managing reports, and supporting various integrations and customizations. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure data integrity and compliance within the Microsoft Dynamics environment.

Responsibilities

• Builds and tests requested and approved customizations, integrations, and reports.
• Supports Delta Lake data table population as requested and approved.
• Maintains Delta Lake integrity by creating permissions, conducting audits, and implementing corrective action plans as needed.
• Supports and tests potential changes in integrations and customizations due to updates in the D365 platform.
• Performs data imports and exports for ERP and related integrations such as EDI.
• Ensures data security, access controls, and compliance with industry standards within the Microsoft Dynamics environment.
• Oversees month-end processes in rotation with the team.
• Assists in creating reports or dashboards related to financial or KPIs using PowerBI.
• Manages assigned helpdesk tickets and meets KPI expectations.
• Maintains change order documentation and version controls.
• Stays updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics updates, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in computer programming using X++, C#, and/or SQL for business applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products, Windows operating systems, and E-mail products (MS Outlook and MS Exchange, Office 365).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with system integration, web services, and API development.
• Knowledge of database management, SQL, and data modeling.
