The Technical Manager will be responsible for the functionality, maintenance, software applications, hardware, and security of all data at the site. This hands-on role includes maintaining the facility's LAN, WAN, and internet connection, as well as monitoring and performing data backup and recovery processes. The Technical Manager will also mentor Site System Support associates and enforce corporate policies and procedures for security.
