The IT Systems Support Specialist position at Next Level Recruiting focuses on providing outsourced IT support for multiple small and mid-size clients. Responsibilities
- Perform IT support for multiple small and mid-size clients.
- Provide technical assistance and training to online platform users via phone, remote access tools, and email support.
- Support hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Interact directly with clients to address their IT needs.
Requirements
- 5 years of IT Support experience (Required)
- 5 years of experience with Windows Server (Required)
- 2 years of experience with Office 365/Exchange (Required)
- 2 years of experience with Active Directory (Required)
- 5 years of customer support experience (Required)
- Working knowledge of database programming systems and application development systems (web and other)
- Experience with servers, network products, troubleshooting VPN programming, and system security principles.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong written, organizational, and verbal skills.
