About the position

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the lifeline for our internal teams, ensuring that technical issues never stand in the way of productivity. Your role will be essential to keeping our operations running smoothly by providing timely and expert IT support across the organization. Whether it's solving problems over the phone, via email, through remote access, or in person, you'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving issues with business applications, operating systems, and other critical technologies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose & Resolve: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related problems for TRICOR employees.
• Effective Communication: Explain technical issues in a way that non-technical team members can easily understand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related area of business information technology; or two or more years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understand the Information Technology world/industry from the insurance perspective.
• Proficiency with MS office software products; Applied Systems EPIC software is preferred.
• Day travel to and from various TRICOR locations.
