About The Position
The IT Systems Technician will serve as a vital team member responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to credit union staff and third parties. This role involves assisting with various aspects of information technology systems, including in-person, phone, chat, and email support. The technician will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain both PC and Mac hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring high reliability and minimal supervision. Additionally, the technician will provide on-call support after business hours and during weekends, contributing to the overall efficiency of IT operations.
