About the position
As an IT Systems Technician at Uline's Georgia location, you will be responsible for ensuring that the warehouse and offices are equipped with the necessary technology to operate efficiently. This role involves setting up and managing various IT equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to employees. Responsibilities
- Set up and manage computers, printers, audio/visual equipment, and mobile devices.
- Install and organize network cables for workstations and data cabinets.
- Assist with employee workspace and building changes.
- Troubleshoot technical support requests and manage user accounts including permissions.
- Manage the equipment check-in process and perform inventory audits.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4+ years of IT experience with demonstrated knowledge of networking, hardware, and application systems.
- Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Ability to provide on-call support on a rotational basis with occasional evening and weekend work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
