About the position

The Project Delivery Team Manager will oversee the delivery of IT sustain and customer projects across the North America Region. This role involves managing a portfolio of division projects and supporting numerous customer projects annually, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution of project activities. The manager will lead a team of project managers, focusing on demand management, resource allocation, and budget oversight, while also implementing IT policies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure streamlined delivery of IT sustain and customer projects throughout the NA Region.
• Lead the Project Manager Team to plan, coordinate, and direct project activities.
• Manage a portfolio of division projects and support 60-80 customer projects annually.
• Provide direction and support for daily operational activities of the Project Delivery Team.
• Work closely with decision makers to identify and implement cost-effective technology solutions.
• Define and implement Regional IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Build and maintain a high performing IT Project Management team through coaching and mentoring.
• Achieve project goals including schedule, budget, and quality commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 8 years of IT business work experience, with 3 to 5 years in a Project or IT Leadership role.
• Experience with Microsoft, Infrastructure Networks, server virtualization, and relevant software technologies.
• Knowledge of network and server operating systems (UNIX, Windows, LINUX, OS/400, z/OS).
• Strong understanding of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, SOX).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
