Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to FSB employees as needed.
• Maintain and upgrade hardware resources owned by the bank, including managing patches and cleaning hardware.
• Participate in technical research and development to ensure system hardware, operating systems, and software systems are operational.
• Assist with setting up and managing devices in a domain environment.
• Maintain basic knowledge of network, network shares, and email security.
• Assist in managing SharePoint and provide training to users.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jack Henry programs, and Adobe products.
• Ability to train others on software applications.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
