About the position

Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support our current client base in a post-sales relationship. This role involves providing technical direction and support, conducting network discoveries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and sales engineers. The TAM will also be responsible for quarterly business reviews and ensuring client satisfaction while expanding the account base.

Responsibilities

• Support current client base in a post-sales relationship.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with IT clients.
• Provide technical recommendations during the initial sales process.
• Design and develop a scope of work for IT applications and hardware installations.
• Facilitate meetings and strategic planning sessions with clients.
• Provide training and direction to IT Engineers supporting Outside Sales Representatives.
• Develop and maintain a 'trusted advisor' relationship with clients and sales teams.
• Stay updated on key vertical market trends and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as a Technical Account Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.
• Net+ Certified, MCP, MCA, MCSE, Cloud, Firewall knowledge.
• Experience in IT managed services and project engineering.
• Strong understanding of general IT operations and service management.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of risk mitigation and security technologies.
• Experience with web technologies, routing, and exchange.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS and server migration.
