Your role in the Connected Care Device Lifecycle Management team will support the deployment of mobile medical applications by way of MDM solutions for devices to include XR technology, Android, Apple, and Windows devices. You will act as a liaison gathering use case scenarios and business requirements and converting that information to device settings on a mobile device to create a unique device experience for our business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment of mobile medical applications via MDM solutions for various devices including XR technology, Android, Apple, and Windows devices.
  • Act as a liaison gathering use case scenarios and business requirements, converting that information to device settings on mobile devices.
  • Provide day-to-day support tasks between business units and the device management team during program/project engagement.
  • Provide Hypercare for program transition to production delivery.
  • Gather and prioritize device management requirements and adhere to use case provisioning of requirements and needs of the business.
  • Document detailed technical business system requirement requests and system design parameters.
  • Work with operations quality analyst on management of program documentation.
  • Generate reports for project and program requirements and maintain knowledge document work instructions internal to the ITCC team.
  • Manage vendor relationships and day-to-day needs for the business, including hardware and licensing quotes and PO submissions.
  • Troubleshoot vendor errors and issues relating to projects and coordinate incident tickets and tasks delivered in ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous Medtronic experience.
  • Previous experience in medical solutions.
  • Previous Business Analyst experience.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (Windows, Android, Apple, XR) with enterprise management solutions.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management solutions (e.g., Omnissa, Workspace One, Microsoft Intune, Samsung Knox management Suite).
  • Experience navigating quality assurance workflows and requirements.
  • Experience with project update communications.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Ticketing System and project coordination.
