About the position

Children's Aid is seeking an IT Technical Project Manager to support the Chief Information Officer and the Information Technology Department. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives within the IT Division, requiring strong project management skills, the ability to build cross-functional relationships, and effective communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and effective project management oversight in all areas of infrastructure within the Information Technology Division.
• Function as a value-adding thought partner to the Director of IT Support Services and senior IT leadership.
• Identify which issues should be escalated to the CIO and address others with appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT Leadership on the continuous implementation of designated infrastructure initiatives.
• Occasionally travel within the local NYC five-borough area.
• Execute other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience in managing complex IT systems, cloud migrations, healthcare, Cisco, Azure, and telecom.
• PMP certification or enrollment in an approved certification program within 6 months of employment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Asana and/or SysAid.
• PowerBI experience.
