Wissen Technology is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on IT and technical recruitment. This role is crucial in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that the IT and engineering teams are equipped with top professionals to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and technical roles.
• Source and build talent pipelines for various technical positions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Conduct market intelligence to stay updated on industry trends and talent availability.
• Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) for recruitment processes.
• Network with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting Software Engineers (Java, Full Stack, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML), Data Engineering, and Infrastructure roles.
• Strong understanding of technical stacks relevant to IT and engineering.
• Proven expertise in hiring IT/Technical, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Professional roles.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing hard-to-find candidates.
• Ability to handle high-volume job orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and experience in sourcing passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
