The recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and utilizing advanced applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation
• Utilize sophisticated applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP requirements
• Perform targeted boolean searches and leverage job boards effectively
• Successfully recruit military personnel and place staff with clearances

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, specifically with cleared resources
• At least 1 year of remote work experience
• US Citizenship and the ability to be cleared with the DOD
• Proficiency with a robust ATS
• Familiarity with JobDiva desired
• Military Experience is highly desired
