As a Technical Support Specialist at Morley, you will play a crucial role in assisting associates with their computing needs, ensuring they can work efficiently and safely. The role is hybrid, requiring you to work primarily on-site at our Saginaw, Michigan campus, with occasional remote work. Your responsibilities will include providing help desk and desktop application support, troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintaining PC desktop and laptop systems and peripherals. You will also support System and Network Administrators in their daily workloads, ensuring that all desktop and laptop systems are properly configured, tested, and verified before and after deployment. Additionally, you will implement security systems to protect data integrity and support compliance in system security and user access.
