About the position

The IT Technical Support Specialist at IT Services of Augusta is responsible for providing technical support to clients both remotely and on-site. This role involves troubleshooting various IT issues, supporting Office 365 and Azure, and managing desktop and server environments. The position requires a strong background in network troubleshooting and cabling, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365 and Azure.
  • Support desktop environments and manage Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.
  • Perform network troubleshooting for routers, switches, access points, and VOIP phone systems.
  • Install and maintain Cat5/Cat6 cabling.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in troubleshooting IT issues.
  • 3 years of experience with Windows operating systems.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations.

Nice-to-haves
