About The Position
The IT Support Technician at Yakshna Solutions, Inc. (YSI) is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support services for a variety of IT and audio-visual (AV) issues. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing hardware and software systems to ensure their availability and functionality.
