Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for documentation.
• Develop, write, and edit user manuals, guides, and other technical documents.
• Create, update, and maintain application, website, and program-related documentation.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and technical owners to generate or revise documents as necessary.
• Update document repositories and standardize document naming conventions.
• Review, format, and proofread technical procedure documents for final review and approval.
• Produce high-quality documentation appropriate for its intended audience.
• Document procedures, use cases, requirements, and technical designs.
• Create process flows, networking, and infrastructure diagrams.
• Create and edit documents and diagrams using Google or Microsoft applications.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as an IT Technical Writer (Preferred)
• 4 years of experience with Word, Visio, and PowerPoint (Preferred)
• 3 years of experience with Adobe Acrobat (Preferred)
• 2 years of experience with Press Stylebook (Preferred)
• 3 years of experience creating user manuals (Preferred)
• 3 years of experience with online help documentation (Preferred)
• 3 years of experience with API documentation (Preferred)
