About the position
The Fast Team Technician role at Digacore Consulting is an entry-level position focused on providing technical support and resolving client ticket requests. The technician will engage in remote troubleshooting and may also perform fieldwork as needed. The position emphasizes excellent customer service, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Respond to entry-level ticket requests and work them to resolution.
- Communicate regularly with clients throughout the ticket resolution process.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and fieldwork as required.
- Escalate issues when appropriate.
- Maintain a friendly disposition towards clients while providing support.
Requirements
- Experience working in a ticketing system.
- Experience providing direct customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work with a team.
- Ability to take full ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and productivity applications.
- Experience working in Active Directory is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Network troubleshooting experience.
