Responsibilities

  • Respond to break/fix incidents and requests for technical support.
  • Act as a liaison with other IT teams and manage high-priority escalated issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of standard work routines and day-to-day activities.
  • Apply intermediate level instructions and procedures to resolve IT-related problems.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to various situations and tasks.
  • Complete assignments within established procedures and maintain an organized work environment.
  • Maintain current professional and technical knowledge related to the healthcare industry.
  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or two years of related experience in Information Technology.
  • Proficient in the use and operation of desktop and mobile devices, as well as network connectivity.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office O365 applications is required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and interact with various levels of customers and support groups.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
