Responsibilities

• Addresses and solves level 1 IT issues
• Addresses problems in a timely manner
• Aids in documentation of IT processes and stores them in a central document repository
• Keeps IT equipment updates current to supported levels
• Communicates all required information including any changes of procedures or status of IT assets
• Keeps documentation of currently assigned assets up to date
• Works on special projects as necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in computer software and hardware applications or equivalent
• Strong desire to learn more about all areas of technology in a progressive environment
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging circumstances
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, in an understandable manner, and listen attentively to employees
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow through skills
• Proficient in MS programs
• Basic Windows networking a plus
