About the position

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled IT Technician Level 2 Virtual Assistant to join our team. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the success of our clients. As an IT Technician Level 2 Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing advanced technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT, including certifications such as Comptia A+, Network+, and MCSE. Proficiency in Autotask PSA and Datto RMM is essential for this role. Working hours will be from Monday to Friday from 9 am - 5 pm EST. (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.
• Perform system upgrades, installations, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT solutions.
• Utilize Autotask PSA and Datto RMM for efficient task management and remote monitoring.
• Document and update technical processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Certifications: Comptia A+, Network+, and MCSE.
• Proficiency in Autotask PSA for professional services automation.
• Experience with Datto RMM for remote monitoring and management.
• Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact with end-users and the IT team.
• Proven experience in system upgrades, installations, and configurations.
• Knowledge of network and connectivity troubleshooting.
