The IT Technician position at our public school is a vital role that involves maintaining and supporting the school's computer systems and network under the supervision of the Principal. The technician will be responsible for installing hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to students and teachers. This role requires a proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving technical problems, ensuring that all users have the necessary support for their devices and applications. The IT Technician will interact with students, staff, and teachers, responding promptly to inquiries and requests for assistance. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and fixing issues on various devices such as Chromebooks, tablets, iPads, Macbooks, PCs, projectors, and phones.
