About the position

Responsibilities

• Onsite configuration and support of iPad devices in a plant environment.
• Follow provided directions to configure iPad devices.
• Provide support to the end-user community.
• Collaborate with other technicians during the initial training days.
• Work split shifts to cover plant shifts during the day.
