Who You Are As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for the administration of one or more of the following data systems: computer systems hardware, software, information systems, and peripheral equipment such as servers, desktops, printers, and storage devices. You will maintain, install, upgrade, and configure data systems, administer operating systems, and maintain basic security and recovery procedures such as scheduling and backups. Under general direction, you will use specialized knowledge or skills to solve complex and unique problems, or direct the daily activities of a business, technical support, or functional support team. You will establish priorities for the completion of assigned tasks and use judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices. You may direct resources, prioritize tasks, and provide guidance to less experienced team members. This role will be located in Los Angeles, CA, and is expected to be onsite 100%.
