About the position

The IT Technician role at Sentinel involves providing technical support and assistance to clients, focusing on imaging devices and maintaining an inventory of those devices. The position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work onsite in Northbrook, IL for a contract duration of 1-2 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with imaging devices and track those devices.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Document and manage inventory of equipment.
• Travel between locations to transport equipment.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills required.
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with Windows 11.
• Reimaging experience preferred.
• Documentation and inventory experience preferred.
• Experience with Cisco Umbrella and Cisco AnyConnect/Cisco Secure Connect is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
