The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining our client's hardware, software, and network systems. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, excellent customer service, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. The chosen individual will manage communications with clients, visit client sites, install and configure new equipment, and identify computer-related problems. Experience in running cables and working with setting up and mounting new equipment is essential.
