As a KickTech employee, you will have the opportunity to grow and expand your knowledge in many different areas of IT, from technical support to network administration. As an IT Technician, your main responsibilities will be to support on-site, respond to tickets, and complete projects. You will troubleshoot laptops, printers, and other devices remotely and onsite, as well as manage user accounts and train users on how to access systems. You will also troubleshoot basic network issues and escalate more complex problems. You will need to manage your time wisely and prioritize tasks according to urgency. One of the exciting aspects of working at KickTech is that you will travel to different locations in Arizona to provide on-site support for skilled nursing facilities. This will give you a chance to meet new people, experience different environments, and apply your skills in real-world situations. Travel expenses will be covered by the company.

Responsibilities

  • Support on-site and respond to IT support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot laptops, printers, and other devices remotely and onsite.
  • Manage user accounts and train users on how to access systems.
  • Troubleshoot basic network issues and escalate more complex problems.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of all IT-related activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT infrastructure improvements.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics.

Requirements

  • Valid CompTIA A+ certification is recommended.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Experience in providing technical support to end-users, both in person and remotely.
  • Ability to respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
