As an Entry Level IT Support Technician, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team of IT professionals responsible for providing in-house technical support for both hardware and software to over 1300 associates. Your primary role will involve responding to user calls and trouble reports, as well as personally visiting associates to troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of equipment and challenges, including Linux and Windows servers, desktops, laptops, network connectivity, and software-related problems. You will also have the chance to engage with our state-of-the-art data center, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will be assigned special projects that will allow you to research new technologies and tackle more complex problems.
