About the position

The IT Technician role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and networks within the organization. The technician will be responsible for managing user accounts, resolving software and hardware issues, and implementing new technologies to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Reset employee passwords and adjust their network access as needed
• Setup and troubleshoot errors with user accounts
• Setup print servers and other processes as assigned
• Respond to systems emergencies, recoveries, and outages at various locations
• Provide assistance with software and hardware errors as needed
• Test, evaluate, and install new technologies to increase productivity and business opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and employees
• Ability to complete paperwork and administration duties, comprehend, process, and complete detailed instructions and assignments
• Broad knowledge of computers and networking
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Nevada Driver's License with a clean current DMV printout
