As an IT Technician at SPECTRAFORCE, you will play a crucial role in providing tier III level IT support for internal employees, focusing on the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of IT infrastructure. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service, as you will be responsible for ensuring world-class customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and standards. You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with Executive Leadership Teams, providing them with the technical support they need to operate efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include technical endpoint support for a variety of devices such as computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and handheld scanners. You will also be involved in asset management for hardware devices, ensuring that all equipment is maintained throughout its lifecycle. This role requires you to participate in IT-related projects and deployments, utilizing best practices and the ServiceNow platform to support technologies effectively. You will be expected to provide training to employees on hardware and IT processes, ensuring that they are equipped to use the technology available to them. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also support the Executive Leadership Teams by managing their IT needs, including setting up and maintaining their computers and mobile devices, assisting with video conferencing systems, and ensuring that all technical issues are resolved promptly. You will need to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information and communications. This position may require occasional travel to support applications and IT infrastructure for the Executive Leadership Teams, making it essential for you to be adaptable and responsive to their needs.
