About The Position
Sentinel Technologies is seeking an IT Technician to assist one of our partners with a refresh and reimaging project. You will be working from scripted instructions for imaging and deploying laptops and desktops to customer users. Customer service ideals are important in this role as you will be delivering reimaged devices to end users and possibly conducting basic troubleshooting to get online. As part of this project, when collecting old devices, a basic inventory is also being conducted. This position is a 1.5-2 month contract working full time onsite in Northbrook, IL.
