About the position

The IT Technician role at Z Networks involves providing technical support and troubleshooting services for clients, both remotely and on-site. The technician will be responsible for managing hardware, software, and network issues, while also collaborating with team members and updating documentation. This position requires strong communication skills and a professional work ethic, as the technician will interact with clients and report to the IT Coordinator and executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide over-the-phone and remote helpdesk services.
• Dispatch to client locations for in-person support as needed.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with team members to provide support.
• Update documentation and processes related to IT support.
• Brief the IT Coordinator and executives on relevant issues.

Requirements

• Experience with Windows Server.
• Experience with Azure and AWS.
• Experience with Mac OS.
