Responsibilities
- Provide end user desktop support
- Perform computer repairs including virus removals and hardware troubleshooting
- Assist customers over the phone, in-store, and occasionally onsite
Requirements
- Experience with Windows desktop and server operating systems
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Familiarity with firewalls, switches, and wireless networks
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Experience with VoIP systems
