About the position

The technician will provide both hardware and software support to users, adhering to established policies and procedures to ensure that all support is delivered in a timely, professional, and accurate manner. Confidentiality is paramount in this role, as the technician will handle privileged information and must maintain the highest standards of discretion and integrity in all interactions. In addition to installation and maintenance tasks, the IT Technician will be expected to troubleshoot issues as they arise, providing solutions that minimize downtime and enhance user experience. This may involve working closely with other IT staff and departments to coordinate efforts and ensure that all systems are functioning optimally. The technician will also be responsible for keeping detailed records of maintenance activities and user support requests, which will help in identifying recurring issues and improving overall service delivery.
