About the position
The IT Vendor Management Analyst is responsible for managing technology vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and overseeing vendor performance. This role involves evaluating vendor proposals, monitoring compliance, and developing reports to track vendor performance. The analyst collaborates with vendors to mitigate service quality risks and participates in project teams for new implementations.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs and tracking performance.
- Coordinate the processing of vendor purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accurate documentation and timely payment.
- Ensure that all payments are processed in compliance with contract terms and organizational policies.
- Participate in new implementation/installation project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business, information systems, project management, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior work experience managing multiple complex projects/programs.
Nice-to-haves
- Six (6) months of experience with the healthcare industry.
- Prior work experience managing vendor contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs).
