About the position

The ITAD Service IT Manager at eCircular is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of the computer tech audit and repair department. This role involves providing leadership to service personnel, ensuring client asset processing meets established goals, and maintaining high standards of data security and IT asset management. The manager will also participate in staffing, training, and resource allocation to enhance the department's efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Drive performance of the Service Department to meet or exceed established goals for customer satisfaction, productivity, cost management, and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in staffing, orientation, and training of service technicians.
  • Assist with lot scheduling to ensure client expectations and contract SLAs related to Turnaround Time and asset processing productivity are met.
  • Maintain the technical certification level of the department team members, providing opportunities for technical skills advancement.
  • Manage the tech area and parts room's material management, organization, and appearance.
  • Ensure adherence to R2v3, ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 protocols by all tech team members.
  • Participate in executive planning, budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation.
  • Manage all data recording, process management, and reporting related to asset audits and repairs.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in performing computer audits and repairs is required.
  • At least one year of related supervisory or management experience in a service facility, retail service department, or tech support environment is preferred.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree from a college or technical school is a plus.
  • Industry Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+ or other accredited service credentials are preferred.
  • Experience in ITAD, retail computer service or reverse logistics audit and repair are highly desired.
  • Experience with RazorERP, MakorERP and/or Blancco is also highly desired.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • General familiarity with MS PowerPoint, and various ERP, CRM and inventory management software is a plus.
