The ITC Manager at Sensience is responsible for developing high-quality Oracle applications and solutions tailored to customer requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills and a passion for technology, as the incumbent will collaborate with other Business Systems Analysts to enhance business processes and implement effective solutions. Responsibilities

• Create business process flow and functional specifications/user stories.
• Debug/triage the system for specific feature behaviors and explain them to users.
• Analyze required business process improvements and assist with change management practices.
• Identify gaps, prioritize them, and design solutions after gathering business requirements.
• Write functional design documents detailing customizations/extensions for business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical resources to plan and develop system flows.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure systems and programs are tested and debugged.
• Create functional tests of system configurations and extensions/customizations from the IT development team.
• Write solution design and critical control measures for ERP/Route Accounting System.
• Collaborate with change management to construct user documentation and provide help desk support and training to users.
• Participate in code reviews and quality assurance procedures, providing technical expertise to business users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle development or software development roles.
• Proficiency in Oracle tools and technologies, including SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, with expertise in modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM.
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Quick problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX).
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
