Peraton is hiring a Project Security Coordinator, located in Honolulu, HI, to support USINDOPACOM J8 by providing coordination and execution support for International Science & Technology (S&T) Engagement initiatives. This includes Joint International Experimentation (JIE) and other innovation/S&T workshops and engagements. The Project Security Coordinator will perform multiple program security functions, which encompass Personnel Security, Information Security, Industrial Security, Information System Security, Communications Security, and Physical Security for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). The role is critical in ensuring that security protocols are adhered to while facilitating international cooperation in science and technology. The Project Security Coordinator will assist in validating International S&T engagement policies, plans, and messaging to enhance multilateral cooperation. This includes organizing and supporting various types of events such as technology demonstrations, assessments, and joint international experimentation. The coordinator will also be responsible for processing visitor access and ensuring effective communication and coordination occurs under applicable guidelines and regulations. Additionally, the role involves managing communications among stakeholders at multiple classification levels and through various mediums, including secure video teleconferencing (SVTC) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP). The coordinator will develop and disseminate S&T project schedules to ensure all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
