About the position

The Item Analyst position at BAE Systems in Fort Worth, TX, is a full-time role focused on supporting the management and coordination between BAE Systems' F-35 System & Equipment Services teams and key external stakeholders. The role involves problem-solving, data analysis, and ensuring the delivery of sustainment services for the F-35 fleet. The successful candidate will act as a primary customer-facing representative, managing multiple internal and customer requirements while ensuring alignment with Lockheed Martin, the Joint Program Office, and government officials.

Responsibilities

• Support management and coordination between F-35 System & Equipment Services teams and external stakeholders.
• Problem solve and formulate solutions to key Item Analyst issues using multiple data sources.
• Manage multiple internal and customer requirements and expectations.
• Act as a primary customer-facing representative for the Sustainment F-35 Fleet Management.
• Engage with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters.
• Coordinate efforts across organizations as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or fleet management.
• Strong analysis skills and understanding of maintenance principles.
• Ability to develop solutions for complex problems.
• Experience managing critical parts affecting fleet availability.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the defense or aerospace industry.
