About the position

The ITSM Change/Release Manager is responsible for overseeing the change and release management processes within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of ITIL practices to ensure smooth operations and the ability to analyze data for continuous improvement. The position is hybrid, allowing for work in Nashua, NH, Dallas, TX, or Providence, RI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the change and release management processes to ensure compliance with ITIL practices.
• Conduct data analysis and trending to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement changes effectively and minimize disruptions.
• Support day-to-day operations related to IT service management.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders regarding changes and releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar operational role.
• Technical capability in IT service management.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify improvements and actions.
• Understanding of ITIL ITSM practices.
