About the position

As an International Corporate Tax Advisory (ICTA) Senior at EY, you will play a crucial role in advising corporate and private equity clients on various aspects of their capital agenda, particularly in international tax operations. Responsibilities

• Reviewing staff work and providing performance feedback.
• Assisting with technical planning and global project management.
• Identifying and addressing complex domestic and international tax issues.
• Providing technical tax advice and planning services to a portfolio of projects.
• Building long-lasting relationships with clients and understanding their unique needs.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and around three years of related work experience or a graduate degree and two years of related work experience.
• Progress toward (or completion of) a valid CPA certification or licensed attorney status.
• Experience in tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning.
• Experience in inbound and outbound transaction consulting with international tax research, planning, and compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, projects, and people.
