About the position

As an International Corporate Tax Advisory Manager at EY, you will play a pivotal role in advising corporate and private equity clients on their capital agenda, focusing on international tax operations and transaction tax advisory. This position offers the opportunity to manage a dedicated client service team, engage in complex tax planning, and develop long-lasting client relationships while navigating a constantly evolving regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manage various responsibilities including technical planning and advising on international tax issues.
• Provide technical tax advice and planning services to a portfolio of projects.
• Build and lead a dedicated client service team, ensuring team members have the necessary skills and tools for growth.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs.
• Monitor emerging trends and technologies in tax planning to maintain status as a trusted advisor.
• Manage overall engagement, engagement economics, and teams across the EY global network.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and around five years of related work experience or a graduate degree and four years of related work experience.
• A US CPA license or US state bar membership.
• Experience in tax due diligence, deal-structuring, and post-acquisition planning.
• Ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients.
• Experience managing budgets, projects, and people.
