Innova Solutions is seeking a Project Manager 3 (IT) - Technical Project Manager (Triage) to lead digital products to market through an Agile development process. This role is crucial in ensuring that new products meet specific customer requirements, program goals, timelines, and budgets. The position is based out of Minneapolis, MN, and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, requiring three or more days onsite each week. The Project Manager will work closely with management and business leaders to create program scope, objectives, and risk assessments, ensuring alignment with program objectives through collaboration with Product Managers and Product Owners. The Project Manager will anticipate issues and drive countermeasures to ensure programs meet their intended objectives. This includes directing and coordinating the activities of program personnel to ensure that programs progress on schedule and within budget while meeting established customer requirements. The role also involves resolving team dynamic issues to enhance the effective performance of the program team, managing intra-program dependencies, and scheduling timely status review meetings. Additionally, the Project Manager will escalate issues and provide mitigation recommendations to upper management, ensuring that all aspects of the project are effectively managed and communicated.
