About the position
As a UX Researcher at Innova Solutions, you will work in an agile environment, coordinating with various teams across products and disciplines. Your primary responsibility will be to balance business objectives, end-user goals, and technical requirements to assist in the creation of world-class user experiences. You will ensure that the user viewpoint is well-represented in all activities undertaken by the Digital Product teams, from the planning phase through development and release. In this role, you will be a skilled and curious researcher capable of planning, recruiting, conducting, analyzing, and presenting user research. You will help build buy-in from the entire team, including Product Owners and developers, guiding them through the research process. This may involve conducting field research, facilitating collaborative journey mapping sessions, running design sprints, or executing usability tests. Your work will be crucial in obtaining and communicating user needs, which will inform both short-term and long-term visioning. You will validate experiences in an agile environment and conduct deeper explorations into concepts that impact multiple project teams, ultimately enhancing customer, prospect, and partner experiences.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in user experience research and analysis.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and processes.
- Ability to conduct various research methods including field research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in collaborating with product teams and stakeholders.
