About the position
Innova Solutions is seeking a UX Researcher 3 to join our team in Broomfield. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the user perspective is integrated into the Digital Product teams' processes from the initial planning stages through to development and release. The UX Researcher will work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance business objectives, end-user goals, and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will be a skilled and inquisitive researcher capable of planning, recruiting, conducting, analyzing, and presenting user research effectively. The UX Researcher will be responsible for fostering a culture of user-centered design within the team. This includes obtaining and communicating user needs that will inform both short-term and long-term product visioning. The role requires the ability to validate user experiences in an agile setting and to conduct in-depth explorations of concepts that may affect multiple project teams. The UX Researcher will also facilitate various research activities, such as field research, collaborative journey mapping, design sprints, and usability testing, to ensure that the user viewpoint is well-represented in all aspects of product development. This position is not just about conducting research; it is about building team buy-in and ensuring that Product Owners and developers are engaged throughout the research process. By effectively communicating insights and findings, the UX Researcher will play a crucial role in enhancing customer, prospect, and partner experiences, ultimately contributing to the creation of world-class digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to balance business objectives, end-user goals, and technical requirements.
- Ensure the user viewpoint is represented in all stages of product development, from planning to release.
- Plan, recruit, conduct, analyze, and present user research.
